Would you invest in a £10,000,000 timeshare?

Jess was quoted in the FT today on a piece reporting on an innovation being put in place at Somerleyton Hall.

Lord Somerleyton is offering the chance to own at 10% stake in his family home for £10,000,000. Whilst appreciating that managing a house of that stature is difficult in 2026 Jess sees this as being potentially problematic and leading to legal disputes.
