Matt is a chartered surveyor with over 17 years experience in rural property markets, the majority of this time has been spent handling the sale and acquisition of prime country property in England and Wales. This has included leading on some of the most prestigious farm and estate transactions during the past decade, developing a wealth of experience and network of personal and professional contacts. A detailed knowledge of the market and the complexities within it, along with a family background in farming and a passion for rural business means Matt has a full understanding of matters which are important to his clients and can advise accordingly. Having recently left a senior management role within a national agency Matt can now concentrate soley on fulfilling the requirements of clients who value his expert, independent advice and discretion.

Jo started her career in sports sponsorship and then moved into property marketing. She found herself increasingly drawn to the property world and began working as a buying agent nearly 20 years ago. Her geographical knowledge, market insight and a genuine commitment to fully understanding her client’s needs has enabled Jo to build a strong reputation in the country property market.
Jo’s professionalism and diligence are unfaltering. Her conscientious approach and excellent eye for detail make her a useful ally in any transaction. Her experience is broad having also worked on a large, diversified rural estate and as a fully retained advisor by HNW clients to manage all of their property interests. This has resulted in a broad skill set and an excellent network of useful contacts. Jo lives and operates from The West Country and covers the popular rural areas of Somerset, Wiltshire and Dorset. She also works on larger projects in conjunction with Jess and Matt. She specialises in due diligence and providing detailed reporting on significant farms and complex estate purchases.
