New PM: Prime Resi Reaction

Jess was the lead commentator in Prime Resi’s piece detailing various reactions to Andy Burnham being appointed as the new Prime Minister.

This appointment is likely to lead to a pause in the wider market as people wait to hear how the PM will approach property related taxation. There is much speculation about the possibility of a change to Stamp Duty and the introduction of some form of Land Tax.
