Country House Prices Plummet….

Jess was quoted by David Byers in The Times today in a piece about the state of the country house market.

We are seeing wide spread price adjustments as sellers come to terms with the fact that their thoughts on the value of their homes are significantly wide of the mark.

As ever some properties are still selling well and attracting competitive interest. The land market is mixed but we are still seeing premiums being achieved.
